STD Model - STD model feature is suspend to disk, memory information is being copied to hard disk while suspend; it’s usually S4 model, STD for short hibernate in the windows system.

STR Model - STR model is suspended to RAM, STD for short suspends in the windows system; it will reserve memory and chipset of board power and turn off others part power while your boards implement STR state.

In addition, the suspend condition may divided into S1 and S3. Those devices that may still work include CPU, HDD, FAN, MEMORY except LCD/Monitor which will not work while implement S1; while devices such as CPU, HDD, FAN, LCD except memory will not work while implementing S3. All our boards can support S1 and wake up by onboard LAN (WOL), but some boards can’t support S3 by onboard LAN wake up, because they are not integrated S3 function. The following information is for your reference about ours boards.
